Umarus Place

Umarus Place is a pleasant reef dive at the northern outside reef. There are some strange and big Coral Blocks on this site with small overhangs where sometimes a Nurse Shark is napping. The Reef starts at about 5 meters and drops down straight and at some places “staircase-like” to some 30 meters. There are lots of Gorgonians and Table Corals, but also a lot of Soft Corals, Sweet Lips, schools of Snappers, Groupers,  Eagle Rays and with some luck also Manta Rays or Sailfish. But look for the small creatures as well, there are beautiful Nudibranches, Harlekin Shrimps in anemones, different kind of Pipefish and colourful small Shells.
